The European Overtone Choir has announced that they will perform two of my choral works at their Easter Week meeting. The choir will sing Going Home, a simple but beautiful arrangement of the beloved melody from Dvorak’s New World Symphony, 2nd movement. A small group of advanced overtone singers will take on Prism, a work for 3-part choir in which all the overtones are specified in the score, creating a texture of 6-note chords.
Many thanks to Wolfgang Saus, director of EOC, and all my friends in the choir. Best wishes for a great week of overtone singing!
